Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking an Enrollment Marketing Specialist to guide prospective students through the admissions journey and promote program opportunities.

You will counsel individuals, manage CRM records, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid teams to meet annual enrollment goals. Travel locally for events and training as needed. This role blends people skills with data-driven outreach, storytelling, and community engagement to grow enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in general business or sales roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Admissions (80% of role): Counsel prospective students through the admissions process and programs.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and team members to facilitate enrollment.
• Collaborate with Admissions Support to schedule appointments and with Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings, stay updated on policies, and handle escalated inquiries.
