Job summary

Coastal Alabama Community College is seeking a Specialist – Enrollment to recruit students across area schools and events. You will meet with high school and non-traditional students, serve as liaison, and organize recruitment activities to promote enrollment.

The role involves travel, presentations, campus tours, and collaboration with local partners to advance the college mission and student access to education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent recent relevant full-time work experience.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required (travel and registration).

Responsibilities

• Represents Coastal Alabama at events and schools to recruit students.
• Assists potential students with Admissions applications.
• Conducts presentations at area schools, businesses and events.
• Schedules and hosts college tours for potential students.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with community agencies.
• Maintains accurate data entry and CRM records for recruitment.
• Ensures professional conduct and high-quality customer service.
