Pensacola State College is seeking a Student Engagement Specialist to lead recruitment and outreach activities aligned with enrollment goals. You will develop student success initiatives for the Charter Academy and coordinate admissions presentations and advising on the admissions process.

The role involves arranging campus visits for prospective students and parents, supporting college readiness, and promoting engagement initiatives to raise enrollment and student success within the Charter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A Florida driver’s license and successful background check are required.
• Preferred qualifications include recruiting and student engagement experience at secondary or post-secondary levels.
