Job summary

University of Richmond seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to be the primary contact for prospective Professional Education students. You will promote programs, respond to inquiries, and guide individuals toward suitable offerings while maintaining CRM records and supporting outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; experience in higher education, continuing education, or enrollment management preferred.
Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
Ability to quickly learn a broad portfolio of Professional Education programs and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for prospective students and manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Develop enrollment and outreach plans with program leadership and marketing teams.
Map relationships with employers, educational institutions, and professional associations to expand opportunities.
Communicate program updates and support web and promotional content with stakeholders.
Plan and support events and partnerships to boost enrollment and engagement.
