Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for prospective students; manages inbox and responds to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Develops knowledge of the Professional Education portfolio to answer questions and recommend programs.
• Collaborates with Senior Program Managers, ADEMA, and Marketing to plan enrollment and outreach strategies.
