Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in higher education, continuing education, professional education, student engagement, enrollment management, recruitment, sales, community outreach, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; effective with prospective students, employers, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, inquiries, projects, and events simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate educational opportunities clearly and match prospective students with programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and manage the departmental inbox.
• Develop knowledge of the Professional Education portfolio and deliver informational resources.
• Collaborate with Senior Program Managers, ADEMA, and Marketing to plan enrollment and outreach.
• Use Slate to document, track, and advance prospective students through enrollment.
• Plan and support campus, community, and virtual events to promote Professional Education.
