Job summary

The University of Richmond seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to be the primary contact for prospective Professional Education students, driving enrollment growth by promoting programs, answering inquiries, and guiding individuals to suitable opportunities.

You will work with Senior Program Managers and the Marketing team, using the Slate CRM to track prospects and represent the university at events across the Richmond region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher education or professional education preferred.
• Experience with enrollment management, recruitment, or community outreach preferred.
• Experience using enrollment systems/CRM to manage relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and route them timely.
• Promote Professional Education programs and respond to inquiries.
• Develop enrollment and outreach plans with program leadership.
• Engage prospective students through events and CRM tracking.
• Track enrollment data and report on engagement and outcomes.
• Coordinate partnerships and outreach with businesses and organizations.
• Support events, campus activities, and program communications.
