Job summary

The University of Richmond is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for prospective Professional Education students. This onsite role supports enrollment growth through recruiting, engagement, and outreach, with responsibilities spanning inquiry management, CRM-based tracking, event representation, and partnerships.

You will collaborate with Senior Program Managers, the ADEMA, and the Marketing & Engagement team to develop enrollment and outreach plans, represent SPCS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Understanding of higher education operations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to quickly develop and maintain knowledge of a broad portfolio of Professional Education programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and public speaking skills.
• Ability to conduct proactive outreach and develop new prospective student and partnership opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, inquiries, projects, and events simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze enrollment, inquiry, engagement, and outreach data to improve strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from prospective students, including email inbox ownership and timely responses.
• Develop knowledge of the Professional Education portfolio and create informational resources.
• Engage prospective students through calls, meetings, presentations, and events.
• Use Slate CRM to document and advance prospective students through enrollment.
