You will collaborate with the Boston team and the London marketing group to optimize messaging, channels, and follow-up strategies, turning insights into effective campaigns that move applicants through the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience required.
• Experience within a university or college admissions or marketing department preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American undergraduate enrollment communication strategy for students, families, and counselors.
• Identify channels to build local brand awareness for undergraduate programs.
• Track and analyze regional campaigns to improve interest, conversion to applicants, and enrollment.
• Collaborate with Boston campus and London marketing teams to align messaging and outreach.
