Job summary

Hult, based in Boston, seeks an Enrollment Advisor to join our high-energy sales team. You will prospect, engage with, and advise MBA/Masters candidates across the US and Canada, guiding them through the application and enrollment process via video, phone, or in-person meetings.

You will use LinkedIn and Generative AI to initiate contact, build relationships, organize events, and help candidates choose the right program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other platforms, to organize meetings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident and persuasive.
• Customer-focused with curiosity and active listening; able to understand candidate needs.
• Self-driven, ambitious, entrepreneurial; resilient and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and advise MBA/Masters candidates across the US and Canada.
• Qualify candidates using consultative approach to understand career aspirations."
• Organize, attend, and promote events, educational fairs, and 1-to-1 meetings; some events on weekends.
• Provide expert guidance to candidates through video calls, phone, and in-person meetings; support applications.
• Build and nurture relationships with applicants throughout admissions process.
• Assist accepted applicants with financing and connect them to internal resources.
• Identify trends to optimize outreach and generate referrals.
