Job summary

Uplift Education in Dallas seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead scholar enrollment across the network. You will build and oversee best-in-class processes, drive offers to enrollments, re-enroll families, and manage two Enrollment Coordinators while optimizing SchoolMint and HubSpot usage.

You will analyze enrollment data, develop dashboards, document procedures, and partner with Admissions, Marketing, and campus teams to deliver a seamless family experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is required.
• Experience with enrollment management, SIS/CRM systems, and analytics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards to support enrollment goals.
• Manage a two-person Enrollment Coordinator team and coaching.
• Oversee enrollment systems (SchoolMint, HubSpot) and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and campus teams on enrollment strategies.
• Lead PreK-12 enrollment and reenrollment activities, including offers and waitlists.
