Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for education and helping students.
• Customer service or sales background.
• Strong relationship-building skills over phone, text and email.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to research higher education norms and policies.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to engage prospective students via phone, email, and text to facilitate enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships from inquiry through admissions decision.
• Manage full applicant funnel, tracking KPIs.
