Uplift Education in Dallas seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead scholar enrollment across the network. You will build and oversee best-in-class processes, drive offers to enrollments, re-enroll families, and manage two Enrollment Coordinators while optimizing SchoolMint and HubSpot usage.
You will analyze enrollment data, develop dashboards, document procedures, and partner with Admissions, Marketing, and campus teams to deliver a seamless family experience from inquiry through enrollment.

The Enrollment Manager will lead a team of two Enrollment Coordinators as the face of Uplift's enrollment program. The Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in managing our enrollment platforms, analyzing our enrollment data, simplifying our enrollment insights and dashboards, ensuring clear systems and processes are documented and leveraged, and managing the team and activities involved in the complete lifecycle of registering and reenrolling, regularly interacting with families and campus teams.

Hybrid work environment. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Dallas/Ft Worth and surrounding areas (reimbursement for mileage included). Events may be hosted outdoors or indoors in varying weather conditions.
