Job summary

Human Capital Education seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead a team of Enrollment Coaches, guiding prospects from inquiry to enrollment. This role blends people leadership with performance oversight, tracking pipeline health and coaching toward targets while partnering cross-functionally to drive results.

The position is based in the Denver area, reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, and carries a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with higher education institutions required.
• Knowledge of the operation, and metrics of Enrollment Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Lead employees to meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Provide performance feedback through evaluations and recognition.
• Partner with HR to recruit, interview, and train new employees.
• Maintain team schedules and coverage.
• Communicate transparently in meetings and channels.
• Collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challenges.
• Monitor enrollment data and report actionable insights to leadership.
• Uphold the values and goals of Human Capital Education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
