Job summary

Human Capital Education (HCE) in Denver, CO is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead a team of Enrollment Coaches, guiding prospects from inquiry through enrollment and aligning performance with strategic goals.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor pipeline health, report results to leadership, and collaborate with academic partners to address challenges, while upholding the organization’s values in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with higher education institutions required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and staff.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
• Recruit, interview, select, and train new employees.
• Maintain team schedules including training and PTO coverage.
• Monitor enrollment data, lead source performance, and provide insights.
• Collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challenges.
• Review and update departmental operating processes.
• Maintain transparent communication through meetings and reporting.
• Carry out the values and goals of Human Capital Education.
