Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our North Texas team in a hybrid role. You will manage high volumes of student inquiries, guide families from inquiry through enrollment, and collaborate with the Senior Director of Enrollment and Marketing to meet enrollment goals.

The ideal candidate has strong data skills, advanced Excel, experience with SIS/CRM systems, and a customer-service mindset to build relationships with families and schools across our Texas network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience as a Texas DCO or Registrar.
• Experience using SIS, CRM or enterprise databases.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, data validation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and maintain large volumes of data accurately.
• Use Excel pivot tables and reporting tools to support operations.
• Navigate multiple software systems to complete daily tasks.
• Call inquiries and outbound outreach to prospective families.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and data clean-up efforts.
• Track student persistence through the first 30 days.
