BASIS Independent Manhattan Upper School seeks an Admissions Manager to support two campuses with end-to-end admissions, guiding families from application submission to decision. The role requires collaboration with Associate Directors, strong organizational skills, and excellent service to prospective families.

The position is in-person, supporting both the Upper West Side Lower School and the Chelsea Upper School, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet research.
• Experience with customer service and managing databases (CRM and ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Admissions team with end-to-end processes from application submission to final decision, guiding families through requirements and deadlines.
• Follow up with registered attendees of Information Sessions and Tours, maintaining a log of activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless events.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective families and respond to inquiries throughout the admissions process.
• Handle inquiries within scope or route to appropriate team members as needed.
• Prepare correspondence and reports to support the management team.
