Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Manager to drive strategy and execution of enrollment processes. You will work with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, program managers, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience from initiation to processing.

You will lead the enrollment team, generate referrals, and train staff on the GT Caregiver App and GT Enroll. This role supports growth across existing contracts and new opportunities with a focus on

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with critical thinking.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with deadlines.
• Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross‑functional work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Office setting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service.
• Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and employees.
• Cultivate relationships with case managers, brokers and facilitators to build referrals.
• Drive enrollments to meet company growth goals via presentations and meetings.
• Communicate status updates to referrers and enrollees.
• Assist Directors in new market opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues and answer staff and client questions.
• Train participants and employees on GT Caregiver App and GT tools.
• Provide daily direction to ensure timely enrollment calls.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements.
• Manage staff to ensure efficient work.
• Provide coaching and training resources.
• Create a high-quality work environment.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, rewards programs.
• Manage special projects for area/process improvement.
• Support documentation and training of DocuSign and GT Enroll.
• Develop operational plans and status reports.
