Job summary

GT Independence is hiring an Enrollment Manager to lead enrollment strategy across Delaware and New Jersey. The role drives referrals, coordinates with case managers, brokers, and program staff to ensure a smooth enrollment experience for self-directed care participants.

You will mentor the enrollment team, monitor progress, train staff on GT tools, and implement plans that meet organizational goals while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure the highest quality service in the enrollment process for self-directing individuals.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
• Cultivates relationships with case managers, brokers, independent facilitators and other referring entities to develop a base of referrals.
• Drives enrollments to achieve company growth goals through presentations and meetings with stakeholders.
• Provides timely communication to referrers and enrollees on enrollment status.
