Job summary

GT Independence in Southington, CT seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead the enrollment team and drive new referrals and enrollment processes. You will partner with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, program managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

This role requires 3+ years of related experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Demonstrate ability to balance work pressure with time management skills.
• Demonstrate ability to build positive relationships and communicate with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in leading a highly effective team.
• Competent in Microsoft programs and the Internet, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high quality enrollment services.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
• Cultivates relationships with case managers, brokers and other referring entities to develop referrals.
• Drive enrollments to achieve growth goals through presentations and meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide constant communication on enrollment status to referrers and participants.
• Train participants and employees on GT Caregiver App and GT Enroll.
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling and project status reports.
