Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Manager to guide enrollment strategy and execution, partnering with case managers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. You will lead a regional enrollment team, drive referrals, and manage pipeline communications.

The role emphasizes building relationships, training staff on GT tools, and delivering high-quality service while meeting growth targets and maintaining compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate ability to balance work pressure with time management.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience in leading a highly effective team.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and the Internet.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service for self-directing clients.
• Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and employees.
• Cultivate relationships with case managers, brokers, facilitators to build a referral base.
• Drive enrollments to achieve growth goals through meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates to referrers and enrollees on enrollment status.
• Support Directors of Business Development in new opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and customers.
• Train participants and employees on GT Caregiver App and GT Enroll.
• Provide daily guidance to staff to ensure efficient enrollment processing.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements for operations and service.
