Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead the enrollment team, drive referrals, and coordinate with case managers and internal partners to deliver a seamless enrollment experience. You will oversee processes from initiation to processing and ensure excellent service for self-directed supports.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and staff development, with a focus on relationships and process improvement across the enrollment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines by planning and organizing.
• Demonstrate the ability to balance work pressure with time management skills.
• Demonstrate ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience in working, initiating, and maintaining a highly effective team.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft programs and the Internet.
• Competent use of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service for self-directed services and referring entities.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
• Cultivates relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators to develop a base of referrals.
• Drives enrollments to achieve company growth goals through presentations and meetings with stakeholders.
• Provides constant and accurate communication to referrers and enrollees on enrollment status.
• Supports the Directors of Business Development in new opportunities within the market.
• Troubleshoots issues and field questions to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Ensures enrollment staff are trained on GT Caregiver App and GT Tools.
• Provides daily direction and coaching to staff; ensures timely, efficient enrollment calls.
• Evaluates processes and suggests improvements to operations.
• Manages employees, ensuring work is handled efficiently.
• Creates training and resources for staff; maintains a high-quality work environment.
• Assists in staffing, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs; handles special projects.
