GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead the enrollment team, drive new referrals, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience for participants and referring entities. The role collaborates with case managers, brokers, and internal departments to meet company goals.

The position involves overseeing enrollment processes from initiation to processing, with emphasis on communication, training, and process improvement in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service in the enrollment process.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
• Cultivates relationships with case managers, brokers, and independent facilitators to build a referrals base.
• Drives enrollments to achieve company growth goals through meetings with stakeholders.
• Provides timely status updates to referrers and enrollees on enrollment progress.
• Oversees staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs for the team.
