Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking an Enrollment Director for our Independent K-12 schools in the Atlanta area. You will drive new student enrollment, partner with campus and operations leaders, and manage the enrollment funnel and CRM to meet KPI targets.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong relationship skills, and the ability to analyze trends for strategic decisions. Training begins Jan 4, 2027 at Wood Acres in Marietta, transitioning to North Atlanta campuses on February 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
• Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed enrollment KPIs.
• Partner with school leadership and operational leadership to drive enrollment funnel conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage its features for enrollment process improvements.
• Create enrollment projections by analyzing data and trends to support strategic decisions.
• Support retention and re-enrollment activities with campus leadership.
• Lead campus-based marketing and communications in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Manage enrollment events from concept to implementation.
