Job summary

Pikes Peak State College seeks a full-time Enrollment Services Assistant III to provide enrollment and financial aid information to current and prospective students. You will assist with admissions, transcripts, registration, and residency, and support students through various channels including in-person, phone, email, text, chat, and virtual services.

Responsibilities include guiding students through the Navigate and FAFSA processes, processing documents in Banner, and helping with new student

Qualifications

• Three years of office or clerical experience with at least one year in a higher education call center setting
• Current Colorado Notary Public Commission is required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, organizational, and computer skills are required
• Daily interaction with students, faculty, and staff is expected

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment and financial aid information and assistance to current and prospective students
• Assist students with admissions, transcripts, registration, add/drop processes, student accounts, residency, and financial aid
• Provide support via in-person, phone, email, text, chat, and virtual services
• Guide students in navigating the student portal, email, Navigate, FAFSA, and other enrollment resources
• Manage enrollment and financial aid processing in Banner and related systems
• Respond to student questions and resolve concerns in a timely, respectful manner
