Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist at the Steamboat Springs campus to support enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes. You may lead other front desk staff and help train colleagues while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and high student satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s or an associate degree with relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative college

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Access, Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process student admissions applications and organize communications.
• Assist with tuition classification questions and disputes.
• Provide Front Line Financial Aid Counseling support, including FAFSA assistance.
