Job summary

Colorado Mountain College in Rifle, Colorado seeks a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to assist with recruiting activities and pre-enrollment follow-up of students. This role represents the college at campus and off-campus events, answering inquiries and guiding applicants and current students.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to support admissions, registrar, financial aid and student records, coordinate events, tours, and campus visits, and help families navigate residency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in admissions or recruitment preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access, Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local high school visits and recruit local students.
• Assist onboarding of new students with departments.
• Develop and coordinate admissions processes.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone and email.
• Process admissions applications and residency status.
• Coordinate communications with applicants (calls, emails, mailings).
• Schedule tours and campus events.
• Coordinate campus Visit Days for prospective students.
