Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County is seeking a part-time Class Description Coordinator to provide front-line coordination of advisement, registration and student services, including applications, registration, drop/add and financial aid. Night and weekend shifts may be required.

You will process documents, assist with enrollment data management, and deliver personal services at the front desk. The role requires a high school diploma and related customer service experience; college experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and one-year related experience in a customer service department preferably in higher education or 3 months experience in a college financial aid office.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process.
• Assist with the data management of student enrollment records to facilitate efficient processing.
• Provide personal services to student and others relating to front line enrollment services.
• Perform research to resolve enrollment related student issues.
