Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Seven years of related work experience required.
• Two years of cash handling experience in a computerized environment required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to collect proper payment, give correct change and process payments accurately.
• Ability to comply with internal cash handling controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide front counter coverage for Enrollment Central and assist students with financial transactions and financial aid information.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Records and Registration, and Admissions to resolve eligibility issues.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact with students, staff, and faculty in person, by phone, and via email/text.
• Perform data entry and processing of registrations, demographic changes, and schedule updates in Banner.
• Assist applicants with placement tests or registration sessions and admissions applications.
• Imaging and indexing of registration documents and processing transcript requests.
• Respond to inquiries by email or letter in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of College/department policies and FERPA compliance.
