Job summary

Camden County College is seeking a Temporary Part-time Enrollment Services Associate to support the Enrollment Services counter, assist with registration and payment processing, and help students in person and remotely as needed.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and at least three years of customer service experience, with strong interpersonal skills. The position is based at the Blackwood Campus with flexible 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent credits.
• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Experience processing student payments for registration-related services and using Colleague SIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for the Enrollment Services counter, working independently and responding to a variety of service requests.
• Assist with registration, transcript processing and payment collection for credit and non-credit enrollment.
• Direct visitors, faculty, staff and students to services on campus and convey college policy clearly.
