Responsibilities

• Supervise/oversee Patient Service Associates and Contact Representatives.
• Develop performance standards and write/update position descriptions.
• Conduct evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage workflow, assign daily tasks, and adjust operations for efficiency.
• Oversee leave administration, recruitment, and staff development activities.
• Maintain inventories and oversee equipment, supplies, and budget substances.
