Qualifications

• Education substitution: two and half years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and comprehensive assistance to Veterans, their dependents, and beneficiaries regarding VA benefits and related non-VA benefits.
• Assist with benefits counseling and claims processing.
• Conduct research on laws and regulations to determine eligibility for benefits.
