Job summary

Bay Aging in Urbanna, VA, is seeking an Enrollment Manager to oversee enrollment processes and data management for the Veteran Directed Care (VDC) program. You will lead enrollment activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of enrollment packets and program documentation.

This role requires staff supervision, coaching, and scheduling, with a focus on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration with VA coordinators and counselors.

Qualifications

• Oversee enrollment processes and data management for VDC program.
• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise enrollment staff and coordinate team performance metrics.
• Oversee electronic enrollment packet production and review in Cumulus.
• Manage data entry for payroll in Cumulus and CYMA to meet deadlines.
• Provide training and support for HireRight and related compliance tasks.
• Prepare reports and ensure data integrity across systems.
