Job summary

Bay Aging seeks an Enrollment Manager to oversee Veteran Directed Care enrollment processes and data integrity in a secure, compliant way.

You will lead staff, coordinate electronic enrollment packets via Cumulus, and supervise data entry in CYMA for timely payroll processing. This role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with VA coordinators and providers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Cumulus and CYMA systems.
• Notary/public records knowledge a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees electronic enrollment packet production in Cumulus and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Reviews enrollment forms for completeness and compliance; tracks deadlines.
• Manages employer/employee data entry in Cumulus and CYMA for payroll processing.
• Generates reports and conducts QA reviews to ensure data integrity and program compliance.
• Provides staff supervision, training, and performance guidance.
