• Owned an enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM at once.
• Able to say no when not the right fit.
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Excellent concise communication with executives and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Own campus admissions workflow end-to-end from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families across stages.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; report pipeline weekly.
