Job summary

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in Milwaukee, WI seeks a dynamic CRM Administrator to support Enrollment Management. You will administer the CRM, ensure data integrity, and enable strategic enrollment operations from inquiry through enrollment, coordinating with Admissions, IT, and campus partners.

You will configure workflows, reports, and dashboards, maintain security, and drive process improvements to enhance the prospective student experience and institutional analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience administering or supporting CRM, student information system, admissions system, or similar enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of data management, workflows, reporting, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex data and identify data-quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementations, major upgrades, and technology initiatives; coordinate stakeholders and testing.
• Serve as the primary administrator and institutional expert for the enrollment management CRM.
• Configure and maintain CRM functionality including fields, forms, workflows, permissions, and dashboards.
• Manage routine system updates, testing, and implementation of new CRM functionality and integrations.
• Maintain CRM security, user access, roles, and permissions.
• Develop and optimize CRM workflows supporting the enrollment funnel.
• Partner with admissions leadership to automate recruitment, application, and enrollment processes.
