Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee invites applications for an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator II in the College of Engineering and Applied Science. The role focuses on targeted enrollment, prospect engagement, tours, and information sessions with students and families.

You will work with international partnerships, develop virtual sessions, and coordinate ambassadors while using Slate and other CRM tools to track outcomes and support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years’ experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, student services, marketing, outreach, or a related field.
• Experience presenting information to groups and individuals.
• Experience using databases, CRM systems, or other data-tracking systems.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focus on enrollment of priority target student audiences, with emphasis on yield activities.
• Build relationships with prospective students, families and partner institutions.
• Serve as the CEAS liaison for prospective students and admission partners.
• Provide content regarding UWM and CEAS programs, career opportunities, admission requirements and services.
• Develop and implement virtual information sessions to inspire enrollment.
• Plan and support recruitment, yield, and student success activities and events.
• Utilize Slate to target leads and document engagements.
• Carry out special projects as assigned.
