Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years’ experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, student services, marketing, outreach, or related field.
• Experience presenting information to groups and individuals.
• Experience using databases, CRM systems, or other data-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Focus on enrollment of priority target student audiences, with emphasis on yield activities.
• Build relationships with prospective students, families and partner institutions.
• Content delivery methods include in-person and virtual meetings and events, email, phone and USPS mail and via CEAS Student Ambassadors.
• Respond to questions and admissions issues for prospective students and coordinate with UWM units as needed.
• Maintain ongoing, personalized engagement with prospective students and their families.
