Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up in Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide information on on-campus programs and give campus tours.
• Notify accepted students and welcome them to the college.
• Explain enrollment requirements and answer questions as needed.
• Ensure students are oriented to program expectations and policies.
• Guide students through enrollment and verify documentation.
