Job summary

Auxiant, a Cedar Rapids-based independent TPA, invites applications for an Enrollment Coordinator. This role serves as a point of contact for plan sponsors, providers and internal customers and supports enrollment processing, ID card creation, COB coordination, and benefits-related tasks.

Responsibilities include daily enrollment processing, file interpretation, client phone support, and ensuring accurate certificate handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required; ability to make verbal presentations.
• Ability to perform in a high pace working environment.
• Ability to multi-task multiple processes.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use insurance enrollment software.
• Excellent organizational and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments/changes/terminations for current clients.
• Understand 3rd party enrollment files and Connect for enrollment entries.
• Answer calls from employees, client contacts and providers; respond timely and accurately.
• Create ID Cards and audit for accuracy.
• Process coordination of benefits (COB) and update system instructions.
• Manage weekly inventory to ensure timely processing.
