Job summary

Trove Group is seeking an organized, proactive coordinator to manage new employer benefit cases from verbal commitment through implementation, enrollment, and post-enrollment review. You will serve as the central point of coordination among employers, brokers, enrollment teams, carriers, and third-party admins, supporting ICHRA and other workplace benefits.

The role emphasizes coordinating kickoff, data collection, eligibility confirmations, and benefit selections, with a focus on accurate case

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits, insurance operations, or client implementation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with employers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented review of census data, enrollment records, and case documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the case handoff after verbal win and confirm goals, benefits, dates, and commitments.
• Lead employer implementation and planning with kickoff and enrollment coordination.
• Coordinate enrollment platform setup and ensure accuracy of case details.
• Coordinate payroll deductions and employer funding requirements with partners.
• Organize employee communication, staffing, and enrollment logistics.
• Track enrollment progress and deadlines; assist employees and employers with questions.
• Oversee enrollment closeout and ensure complete documentation and resolution of issues.
• Lead post-enrollment review and service handoff with stakeholders and documentation.
