Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to perform core processing and servicing for government programs, employer groups, brokers and members.

The role emphasizes accurate enrollment, data maintenance and timely responses to inquiries across product lines. Successful candidates will handle group enrollments, renewals and member movements, operate multiple enrollment systems and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years health insurance or related operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment for government, small and large groups using multiple systems.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, members and employers via phone, email or in person.
• Maintain accurate member and group enrollment data and document changes.
• Review enrollment activity for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams and adhere to SLAs.
• Assist with training and share knowledge with teammates.
