The Medicare Family in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator who will be the first friendly voice callers hear when reaching out for Medicare help. You will listen, ask the right questions, and connect clients with licensed team members.

This is a non-sales role focused on compassionate support. In this full-time, in-person position you’ll use our CRM, maintain follow-up with applicants, and grow with training and coaching while delivering a professional, patient customer

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, healthcare, call center or similar roles.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and listening to clients.
• Clear and professional communication; ability to explain information simply.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to learn new technology quickly.
• Reliable attendance and dedication to scheduling and follow-up.
• No insurance license or prior sales required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and scheduled appointments from people seeking Medicare help.
• Ask questions, listen carefully, and understand each client’s Medicare situation.
• Determine readiness to move forward or need for follow-up.
• Connect qualified clients with a licensed agent.
• Maintain a follow-up pipeline for undecided clients.
• Follow up as enrollment windows approach or circumstances change.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and manage scheduled appointments while responding to calls.

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is comfortable on the phone?

The Medicare Family is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Noblesville. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly voice many people hear when they reach out for help with Medicare.

This is not a sales position. You won’t be cold calling or closing sales. Your job is to listen, ask the right questions, understand each person’s situation, and connect them with the appropriate member of our team.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls and scheduled appointments from people who have requested assistance
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each client’s Medicare situation
• Determine whether someone is ready to move forward or needs additional follow-up
• Connect qualified, ready-to-enroll clients with a licensed agent
• Maintain a follow-up pipeline for clients who aren’t ready to make a decision
• Follow up with clients as their Medicare enrollment window approaches or circumstances change
• Keep accurate and detailed notes in our CRMManage scheduled appointments while responding to inbound calls
• Provide a friendly, patient, and professional experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has customer service experience — retail, restaurant, healthcare, call center, front desk, or similar experience is welcome
• Is comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can explain complicated information in simple terms
• Is patient, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Can learn new technology and software quickly
• Has reliable attendance and takes appointments seriously
• Is comfortable working with people who may need extra patience and guidance
• No Experience? No Problem.

You do NOT need:

• An insurance license
• Previous insurance experience
• Sales experience
• A college degree

We’ll provide training on Medicare and our processes from day one.

Training, Coaching & Growth

You’ll receive ongoing support and coaching, including a weekly one-on-one with your manager and regular feedback on your recorded calls.

There is also room to grow within the company. Several team members have started in this position and later moved into licensed sales roles. Advancement is based on performance and availability and is earned — not automatic.
