Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and scheduled appointments from people seeking assistance
• Ask questions and listen to understand each client's Medicare situation
• Determine readiness for enrollment or need for follow-up
• Connect qualified clients with a licensed agent
• Maintain a follow-up pipeline for not-yet-ready clients
• Follow up as enrollment window approaches or circumstances change
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM
• Manage scheduled appointments and respond to inbound calls
• Provide a friendly, patient, and professional experience on every call
