Job summary

The Medicare Family in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to be the first friendly voice assisting people with Medicare. This role focuses on listening, asking the right questions, and connecting clients with the appropriate licensed agent.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, maintain client notes in the CRM, and provide a welcoming, patient experience on every interaction. Training is provided and no license is required initially.

Qualifications

• Has customer service experience in retail, healthcare, call center, front desk, or similar.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and listening carefully.
• Able to explain complicated information in simple terms.
• Patient, personable, and enjoys helping others.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Quick to learn new technology and software.
• Reliable attendance and takes appointments seriously.
• Willing to work with clients needing extra guidance.
• No insurance license or prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and scheduled appointments from people seeking assistance.
• Ask questions and listen to understand each client's Medicare situation.
• Determine readiness for enrollment and plan follow-up as needed.
• Connect qualified clients with a licensed agent for enrollment.
• Maintain a follow-up pipeline for non-immediate decisions.
• Follow up as enrollment windows approach or circumstances change.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and manage appointments.
• Provide a friendly, patient, professional experience on every call.
