Family Benefits Center, established in 2022, is an independent insurance agency dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and small businesses with personalized health coverage solutions. Specializing in individual and group health insurance, life insurance, and short-term medical plans, we provide tailored guidance and support throughout the insurance process. Our mission is to make insurance straightforward, personalized, and always in the best interest of our clients.

What you’ll do

• Run Medicare appointments (average ~60 minutes per session)
• Educate, compare, and complete enrollments compliantly
• Submit the application during the session

Compensation

• $90 per session when an application is submitted
• If a second meeting is needed to finish the enrollment, you’re paid for 1 session total (not both)

Requirements (must have)

• 1099 (independent contractor)
• Medicare-certified and appointment-ready
• Must be able to be appointed under FBC
• Multi-state licenses strongly preferred (“the more the merrier”)
• Must follow CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, including proper Scope of Appointment (SOA) handling prior to discussing plan-specific details

Nice to have

• Spanish-speaking (PLUS, not required)
• ACA experience optional (helpful for ICHRA, but not required)
