Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM tools and database software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals and contribute to team success.
• Customer service and sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in student services in higher education.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to off-campus sites.
