Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Enrollment Coach position. The Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students and applicants through phone, email, text, and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College’s enrollment processes. This role involves meeting with prospective students and applicants to discuss academic programs, financial aid information and options, course options, and answering any questions for the purposes of recruitment and enrollment. The Enrollment Coach will also manage funnel processes, assist with college tours, campus presentations and off‑campus events, and utilize academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation.
Evenings and weekends required as needed, especially during peak times of the year.
This position has college‑wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off‑site locations. The primary office location is the Pottstown campus.
This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances for employment.
This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.
