Job summary

Montgomery County Community College is seeking an Enrollment Coach to actively recruit and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role requires coordinating with applicants via phone, email, text, and in-person contact, and leveraging CRM tools to track progress across the funnel.

The Enrollment Coach will support campus tours, presentations, and off-campus events while meeting enrollment goals and maintaining strong communication with applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

• Flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends.

Overview

The Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students and applicants through phone, email, text, and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College's enrollment processes. The Enrollment Coach will meet with prospective students and applicants to discuss academic programs, financial aid information and options, course options, and answer any questions for the purposes of recruitment and enrollment. Enrollment Coaches must have an understanding of academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation. The Enrollment Coach manages funnel management and is expected to assist with college tours, campus presentations, and off-campus events.

• This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Pottstown campus.
• This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances for employment.
• This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students/applicants, providing consistent, accurate, and timely information about the College's policies and programs.
• Using proper funnel management, consistently follow up with prospects and applicants utilizing the CRM to monitor their progress through the enrollment process. CRM records must be updated accurately and in real time when working with prospective student/applicants.
• Meet pre-determined enrollment goals per semester.
• Conduct campus presentations/tours and off-campus events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Associate's degree.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
• Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
• Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to off-campus sites.
