Job summary

Teachers of Tomorrow seeks a professional and enthusiastic Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through our alternative teaching certification program. The ideal candidate will illustrate passion for the education field and a desire to help others succeed. This position is eligible for a hybrid or remote work schedule.

The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. (Preferred candidate will be located in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, or New Mexico) The Program

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales or customer service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide applicants and interns through the program.
• Engage with candidates to strategize and resolve issues.
• Respond to calls and manage emails and inquiries.
• Represent the program at events as needed.
• Build relationships with local districts and state operations teams.
• Support administrative tasks and events as directed.
